The VSys Web synchronization tool can be run from the command line. Use this method for scheduled runs without having to involve user intervention, especially when you're using job slot selection fields.
Run this by launching VSys with the websynch:
parameter, followed by any options. For example,
VSys.exe websynch
or,
VSys.exe websynch:messages,layouts,apps,hours
If no options are entered, VSys will run options

VSys must be configured to automatically start with a database for these to work. If VSys prompts you for a database to use when it's run, the automated VSys Web synchronizer cannot work.
