If SMS/text messaging is enabled, VSys can automatically retrieve incoming SMS messages as well as verify the statuses of sent messages. This can be done via a tool in the SMS Manager, or it can be run here via the command line.
VSys.exe smsresults
This tool does not send any messages, it just retrieves new incoming messages and the status of sent messages.
