You can search for people to fill a job by searching on what they can do, what they want to do, and when they're available. Click on the Skills, job preferences and availability link on the left side to bring up these options.
Use any or all of the groups, people types, skills, availability and job preferences filters to find the people you're looking for. The all of and some of hyperlinks tell VSys that the people it returns must have all or at least one of the options that you check off. Click the link to toggle between the two choices. The Filter by name option will narrow down the list by a specific name.
For frequently used searches, use the Save link under to save the parameters of your search.
