Unlike fixed layout applications, fields in dynamic layout applications don't use Windows-type fonts, sizes and colors: because they're always displayed in a browser, they can use the much more powerful HTML styles. These actually generate CSS, which every modern browser knows how to render and render consistently well.
If you're familiar with CSS, this will look very natural to you. If not, you'll want to find someone who is to help out!
