There are two calendars that VSys Live can display: the Organization Calendar and the Personal Calendar.
Organization Calendar shows only "general" items that are not specific to individual volunteers. These can be news items, holidays, job slots marked to be displayed on the main calendar, etc. Its one option, Default display mode, lets you select Monthly view or List view.
Personal calendar shows both the general items above and those specific to the currently logged-in visitor. If no one is logged in, this block will not display at all. You may want to put both calendars on the page, setting Show to on the organization calendar to Anonymous visitors. This block has four options:
List view is better on mobile devices and Monthly view can be more intuitive. You can always place both on the same page and mark the monthly one for non-mobile devices, listing for mobile. VSys Live will then show only the best one for the browser in use by each site visitor.
