By right-clicking on an individual in the Person lookup tool or other list of people, selecting Send "person name" an e-mail using (default e-mail application) opens up your current e-mail program with the selected person as the recipient. These e-mails are sent outside of VSys and VSys therefore can't record them, but it's a great way of getting a simple e-mail sent out immediately.
