VSys One: Volunteer Management Software

Each screening request in VSys is associated with a certification of type "Universal Screening".

Field name	Description
Package	Required, defines the screening to be run for this volunteer.
Position	Required, usually "`Volunteer`".
Purpose	Required, FCRA-defined purpose for this screening, usually "`Volunteer`".
Status	"`Ready to send`", "`On hold`", "`Sent`", "`Error`", "`Cancelled`". Only "`Ready to send`" records are sent to Universal. Once a request has been sent to Universal, its Status can only be changed to "`Cancelled`".
Result flag	Returned by Universal when a user sets the flag color for a request within Universal's site.
Vendor status	Returned by Universal; read-only.
Transaction ID	Returned by Universal; read-only.
Application ID	Returned by Universal; read-only.
Order number	Returned by Universal; read-only.
Report URL	URL on Universal's site for viewing detailed results and setting result flags.
Request timestamp	Date/time that the request was posted to Universal's site.
Error status, Error message, Error log ID, Error validations	If any errors are returned by Universal when VSys submits this request, the associated errors will be logged here.
Processing issues
Send/receive log	Detailed log of everything sent back and forth between VSys and Universal.
