VSys Web is a tool designed to allow you to accept volunteer applications online, then download and process those applications in VSys. Bespoke hosts the website for you (written in Ruby on Rails using a MySQL database). Your copy of VSys connects to your MySQL database hosted on our server. This is a "disconnected" system in that the web site does not have live access to your local VSys One database. This has the benefit of not requiring a full-time fixed network connection. The downside is that you must regularly "synchronize" the VSys local database with the web database. Fortunately this synchronization is a very easy process.
