Concept
Comment types allow you to differentiate various types of comments associated with people, and are especially helpful when running reports with comments as their basis.
How to use
You can use the comment types you define here when entering new comments and use them to group and organize comments. Click Add comment type to add a new type.
You cannot delete the built-in comment type "General", nor can you delete a comment type if there are any saved comments with that type.
