Assignments Panel

VSys supports three kinds of assignments:

• Non-slot Assignments
• Job Slot Assignments
• Recurring Assignments

By default, VSys hides assignments in the past and those from projects other than the one currently opened. To show those, click on the Show past or Show other projects links (where applicable). In the example above, the Show past link has already been clicked, switching it to Hide past and showing past assignments.

To cancel all future assignments or assignments for a specific range of dates, click on the Cancel... link. Note that this affects all assignments in all projects.

Right-clicking on an assignment brings up options to:

• See tracked changes: view when this assignment has been changed.
• Transitions: see the changes to values for individual fields in this assignment.
• View job definition: view the definition (setup) of the job for this assignment.
• Reports: run reports based on the definition of this job.
• Comments and images: view comments and images associated with the job's definition.
• Attached files: view files attached the job's definition
