If your system is configured for volunteers to send you messages either via the VSys Kiosk, VSys Live, SMS/text messaging, or incoming e-mail messages, a history of those messages will show in this panel. It will include when, how the message was sent and the status of the message: "Read", "Unread" or "Handled".
