When volunteers enter hours manually... |
These define how far into the past and future a volunteer can select the date for hours being entered manually. Setting both of these to "0" means that the hours must be today; any other values allow dates into the past and future. |

Volunteers will be prevented from manually entering more than this numbers of hours at one time. |
Self-entered hours require approval |
If this is checked, hours that volunteers enter for themselves via the kiosk do not appear immediately in the volunteer's profile nor are they credited right away. All hours that are entered this way must be approved manually with the Approve/reject volunteer-entered hours tool. |
Hide old messages once the volunteer is logged in |
If checked, lets you suppress old messages so that they don't appear to the volunteer on the kiosk. |
Don't show new messages immediately at login |
Volunteers will not see new messages immediately at login if this is checked. |
