The bulk swipe/scan tool is a quick way of associating magnetic stripe or barcode values with volunteers.
Steps in this task
From the Kiosk panel, under Tools, click on Bulk swipe/scan entry tool.
Click on Enter/scan/swipe a value.
Scan the barcode, swipe the magnetic card or manually enter the swipe value for a volunteer. Repeat. When the two values match, click on Save.
Find the person that this card should be associated with, then click on their name.
Use the Edit this person link to edit the volunteer, Change to select another person if this one is incorrect, or Save to finish associating this card with the volunteer and move on to the next card.
