In system preferences, job definitions and job group definitions, the hourly value for a job or job group now can be defined for dates in the past, e.g. "On 12/31/2009 and before the hourly value was 12.00; On 12/31/2011 and before the value was 14.00".
Incoming message types now support a Template/default message text property which is used when sending a message via the kiosk or VSys Live 2.0.

Training
For assignments, trainings and interviews, added the new transition "Re-notify volunteer". This transition is posted manually rather than based on the changing of various properties and is intended to manually trigger the "xx changed since last letter" filter.
Within a training course, the tool for adding people in bulk now supports right-click/Select all.
Start, Subject and Location are now tracked as transitioned properties.

For interviews, Start and Location are now tracked as transitioned properties.
Interviews can now have an interviewee of "(unassigned)". Use these to define interviews which don't yet have prospective volunteers associated with them to build space in a schedule.
Assignments

When creating 1+ job slots, if any of the newly-created slots are discarded because they duplicate other slots the user is now notified. Duplication of slots has been updated to consider that differences in required type/group/delegation are in fact differences.
In the slots editing tool: creating a new slot by clicking on another now duplicates the existing slot; creating a new slot by clicking on another now duplicates the existing slot; now shows a notification with the count of slots; adds a "Refresh" link; hitting [Cancel] after a warning about creating slots with no locations now returns you to the slot creation instead of cancelling altogether; newly-created slots now show in blue; tool now remembers last-used date, day count, start and end on a user-by-user basis; when creating a slot for a job which has only one location, that location is now checked by default.
Awards
Added three new awards bases: Months since "Date started" field; Months since "Date active" field; and Months since "Date started", "Date active", first hours, assignment or job association.
Trace records associated with awards are now linked back to their recipient.
E-mails and letters
The right-click tool to e-mail someone his assignment calendar now allows including the person's phone and e-mail address.
Added a new advanced setting, "When sending an e-mail via right-click, include the recipient's e-mail address with their name". When checked, this both the person's name and e-mail address as part of the "name" it sends to the e-mail application and is intended to work around annoying tendencies in Lotus Notes.
The Standalone E-mail Robot can now be installed as a service more than once on the same machine.
Reports
Added the concept of "Letter template groups" to letter templates.
In assignment calendar reports, days can now be sorted by volunteer name.
Program Statistics Reports now include summaries of custom application forms by status; "Transitions" is now "Unique Transitions".
VSys Kiosk
Added a new kiosk setting, "Self-entered hours require approval". If this is checked and the kiosk is version 3.3 or higher, hours which the volunteer puts in manually do not post to their profile until approved in the Approve or reject volunteer-entered hours tool.
In each job's definition, now supports min/max ranges for associated accounts (outcomes) when entered via the kiosk.
In each job's definition, if self-entry of hours via the kiosk is enabled, now adds a default duration. This same value is used if a volunteer in on the kiosk and then immediately checks out.
Profile Editor
Added a new advanced system preference, Show 'Credentials' panel in the Profile Editor. Unless checked, the Credentials panel in the Profile editor is suppressed.
Clicking on a training record which represents that person being an instructor in a course now shows a message.
Excluded jobs is moved to the Special requests/needs, Restrictions, Exclusions panel; Global job preferences and Skills are moved to Additional data; the Banned section is now highlighted in yellow.
Added the new advanced system preference, In the Profile Editor, for the 'Company', only permit selection of companies from defined list.
If a person has 1+ special needs or restrictions, when their profile is open the Special requests/needs, Restrictions, Exclusions panel now shows in red. This panel now is always just below Additional data.
Added a new advanced preference, "When creating a new person, don't automatically set the 'Date started' field to the current date".
Added a feature enabling option, "Enable comments and images associated with people". If un-checked this prevents the adding and editing of comments and attached images for people (it does not affect their use on jobs and other objects).
General
The Job associations bulk updater tool is now retired. Use the Bulk Value Update tool in its place.
Added tab-delimited and DIF files as available formats for the Advanced Exporter.
In the Person lookup tool, renamed the link "Show default columns" --> "Reset visible columns".
When importing new people using the Interactive File Importer, certification auto-creation rules are now applied.
In reports based on hours, added three new fields: Day of month, Day of week and Day of year.
Custom application forms now have a new available status, "Duplicate".
In the certification designer, clicking on Add field now brings up the options to add an Effective date, Expiration date or Normal field.
When setting up certification default values, date fields (including the effective and expiration dates) can now have relative dates as their defaults.
