Commercial Investigations accepts requests from VSys via an XML web interface, and provides the results to you via an XML web interface as well.

After setting up Commercial Investigations background checks, your day-to-day steps are:

1. Entering background check requests
2. Submitting requests
3. Sending Commercial Investigations followup letters
4. Retrieving results.

The actual background checks performed by Commercial Investigations are determined by your agreement with Commercial Investigations rather than specific settings in VSys One.
