Along with addresses, availability and preferences, certification hints appear above people when you hold your mouse over them for a few seconds.
In this tool, you can define, for each type of person, the background checks and certifications that should be current. If any certifications of these types are either not present or are expired, an alert will show in red as part of the hint for that person.
