Memberships report pipelines

There are four pipelines available here:

• "Membership" - only when the report is based on memberships: the current membership record.
• "Memberships" - for reports not based on memberships: a list of all memberships for the current person.
• "Primary membership": if the current membership (in either "Membership" or "Memberships") is an associate membership, this pipeline contains the primary membership with which the current membership is associated.
• "Associated memberships": if the current membership (in either "Membership" or "Memberships") has any associate memberships, they will be found here.
