Once each Commercial Investigations background check has been submitted, VSys generates a letter to the corresponding applicant. This letter has a hyperlink in it that directs the applicant to complete the process online.
Send the generated letters by clicking on one of the links or, if the Standalone E-mail Robot is running, ensure that the e-mails are delivered that way.
After the applicant receives his e-mail, he must enter his name, DOB, SSN and agree to the legal terms on the website. Until he's completed this, Commercial Investigations cannot process the background check. You can see the status of each background check request in the applicant's profile or when retrieving Commercial Investigations results.
