To configure VSys to send and retrieve background checks from Commercial Investigations, you must first enable the option in VSys. From the Setup panel, choose System preferences and feature enabling, and then under Feature enabling check Background checks: Commercial Investigations.
Once that is enabled you can configure Setup Commercial Investigations background checks from the Screening panel, under Vendor setup.
To use the Commercial Investigations background checks you must first define two settings.

Note that the content and queries which result from these requests is defined solely by Commercial Investigations and your agreement with them - not Bespoke or VSys One. |
Letter template to use... |
For requests which require followup action by the volunteer to provide additional information (SSN, driver's license number, etc.), select here the letter template to be used to generate the e-mail to the volunteer. Note that you must include the field Special web link for that template to work properly. Use the Commercial Investigations Background Check URL Followup template from the built-in templates as your starting point. |
Then follow the standard directions for entering background check requests.
