The results of a Commercial Investigations background check are stored as PDF files embedded in the request certification.
If encryption is enabled, then the PDF file is encrypted as well. The PDF file is shown as the indicated hyperlink; click on that link to select:
The View in external program and Save options store the unencrypted PDF file on your hard drive. Ensure that you remove these files and that you don't allow any unauthorized users access to your machine.
