Attachments Approval Manager

Based on your organization's rules, volunteers may be required to upload attachments with applications, and those applications in turn may require approval. The volunteer said they uploaded their parental consent form, but is it really grandma's chocolate chip cookie recipe? (You can use attachments as requirements in eligibility/intake checklists.)

From the VSys Live panel, click on Attachments approval manager. Set any filters then click on Get attachments.

For each attachment,

• Click on it to open and view its contents
• Right-click to Edit the associated person.
• Right-click and select Change status to update the attachment's status.

Note that changes made to an attachment take effect immediately.
