Scheduled task group setup
Configure a task group with these tasks. The exact schedule is up to you: you may want to send/receive more often, or every day.
It's important that someone be notified about the results of these tasks: any issues in sending (usually bad volunteer data) could go unnoticed for quite a while before you noticed that someone hadn't been sent out. Getting the notifications log will keep you updated on what's actually happening.
Finally, ensure that VSys is running its scheduled tasks on a regular basis; your IT department can help with this.
