We strongly recommend doing a backup before beginning this process.
Eligibility/intake checklists are normally created manually within someone's profile, but they can be created in bulk using this tool. VSys will not duplicate eligibility checklists for people who already have them, and it will not create eligibility checklists for anyone who does not meet the criteria of the checklists themselves in addition to the filters you set here.
Only eligibility/intake checklists which are not "virtual" can be created here.
Steps in this task
Click on Automatically create eligibility/intake checklists from the User tools panel under Bulk update/create.
Choose the checklist types to be created.
Optionally select filters on People types, Volunteer types, Groups and Exclusions.
Click Find. VSys will test the selected eligibility checklists against the people who meet your criteria and display a list of people with checklists to be created.
Check and un-check rules so that the checklists you want to be created are checked, then click on Create selected items. This will create those checklists you've selected. Note that once you click Create... these changes cannot easily be un-done. We strongly recommend doing a backup before starting this procedure.
