Interview types are the classes of interviews that your organization performs as part of the volunteer process. Some examples are "Phone interview", "Initial screening" and "Performance appraisal". If your organization doesn't use interviews or does not need to track them, you don't need to define any here.
From the VSys One home screen, and the Setup panel, click Interview types. This brings up a list of all interview types currently defined. Select Add interview type to create a new interview type or right-click on an existing interview type to modify it.
