Comment types allow you to separate comments associated with people into categories, and are especially helpful when running reports with comments as their basis. The comment types defined here are available when entering new comments. Define these from the Setup panel under Comment types.
You cannot delete the built-in comment type "General" (in italics), nor can you delete a comment type if there are any saved comments with that type.
