VSys One allows you to create objects called "certifications" which contain multiple bits of information in one place. VSys comes with a built-in list of certification definitions and you can create your own, modify the existing ones, and mark certification types as disabled. Certifications are commonly used for things like TB tests, tracking training and licensing requirements, or imported reminders from other programs.
Certifications can be automatically created and updated on the basis of completed training records.
Background checks - in all of their forms in VSys - are also types of certifications.
