Letters are communications sent to your volunteers. They can be mail merged documents, items sent using mailing labels printed in VSys, or items sent using export files from VSys. They all show here along with their dates, statuses and methods.
Click on any letter to see its contents. (If available - a letter record in italics means that VSys didn't generate the letter itself and so can't show you what was mailed). You can edit the properties of individual letters by right-clicking on them, as well as perform operations on multiple letters at once. See the Letters section for more details about letters, how to send them, and how to work with lists of them.
