Creates a notification about a newly-created interview based on when it's created and optionally how soon it's starting.
One notification is generated for each interview meeting your criteria here, each with the interviewee's name and information about the interview.
In this example, with this event, a notification e-mail will only be generated for new interviews created in the last 10 days, and occurring in the next three days (72 hours).
