For newly-created training records, filtered by their Subjects, Locations and properties of the training student.
One notification is generated for each training record meeting your criteria here, each with the student's name and information about the training.
In this example, with this event, a notification on the VSys screen will only be generated if a student has registered for training in either the Emergency/Disaster Inservice or the Infection Control subjects to be held at the Main Building within the last 10 days.
