Each VSys Live site can have configurable options, things that the site's metadata says "These are things you can configure about me". Blocks placed on pages can have configurable options, too, and those options can be different for each page that the block is placed on. Configure properties for the site as a whole from the Options link under that site. For a block, right-click on the block within a page and select Options if available. (Note that not all blocks have options that can be edited.)
The types of things that can be edited for the site and for each block vary widely.
Options set for a block on one page only apply to the block on that specific page. Options set for a site apply to the whole site but not to any other VSys Live site using the same database.
