People reports are used to report people. You can include all sorts of attributes, but it is a list of people. Use these reports to:
Create lists of contact information
Summarize who the volunteers (people) are in your organization.
Steps in this task
From the VSys One home screen, open the Reports panel, then click on People.
If the Select saved report window opens, choose the saved or built-in report you would like to use and click Select. Or click on the Load settings link under Tools to bring up a list of options.
On the Settings panel, set your criteria: Groups, People types, Volunteer types, etc.
To filter the report to only people on lists, check Only people on one or more lists, then select the lists to be included. A person will be included only if he's on one or more of the lists you choose.
Exclude people with Archived, Deceased and other statuses with the Exclude people who are filter.
On the left navigation bar under Address types set your preferred address type(s), as well as to Include/Excludeincomplete addresses and Include/Exclude records without a matching address.
Choose any Sorting for your report. Click the Add sort link to add a sort. The (no page break)/with page break links add a page break when this field changes. Toggle the up and down arrows to change the direction of the sort.
