Late/No-show Reports

Use this report to find out:

Steps in this task

Select the Late/no-show link from the Reports panel under Assignments.
On the Settings panel, select which Records to include - are you interested in volunteers who are late, did not show up, or both?
Select your date and time window for when the volunteer should have been at the assignment.
Select how late they can be before appearing on this report.
Filter your results by Jobs, Locations, Groups and/or People types.
On the left navigation bar, choose any Sorting for your report. Click the Add sort link to add a sort. The (no page break)/with page break links add a page break when this field changes. Toggle the up and down arrows to change the direction of the sort.
Set your Output options.
Click Print to run the report.

Filter name	Description
Records to include	`Both late and no-show` (people who are either or both of these), `No-shows only` or `Late showers only`.
Start date, End date, Start time, End time	Only assignments starting during this period will be considered.
Minimum lateness	Only applicable if late people are included in the report. A person has to be at least this many minutes late for their assignment to be included.
Jobs, Locations, Groups, People types	Only assignments with the selected jobs and/or locations, and people with the selected groups and of these types will be printed.
Only people on selected lists	If one or more lists are checked, a person has to be on at least one of these lists to be printed.
