Configuration reports are designed to detail what's been set up in your system, and display various setup values. Use this report to:
Get a list of what is setup in your VSys One system. This is easier than going into each section on the Setup panel.
Look at how different areas of VSys are configured before using Bulk value updater or other VSys tools.
Steps in this task
Go to the Reports panel and click on the System configuration reportlink, either globally or within a project.
Globally, the report will list certain system setup values: account types, accounts, archived reasons, awards, banned reasons, certifications, comment types, contact flags, custom fields, group types, groups, holidays, inactive reasons, incoming message types, job preferences, jobs, letter RSVP types, letter types, locations, mandates, people types, skills, system setup, training subjects, volunteer sources and volunteer types. From within a project, it will list valid skills, locations, job preferences, job groups, jobs and delegations.
This will bring up a print preview allowing you to choose how it is printed.
This is a great report to run after an initial conversion to see where values have been stored.
