A user manual is great, tech support is even better. But sometimes you need or want to sit down with a professional trainer who can look at your situation, watch what you do now, and show you how you could do it better. We can send one (or more) of our trainers to your facility to give you what you need.
We never work from a pre-set syllabus that tells you what we want you to learn instead of what you need to learn. We don't have techies with great computer skills but no real-world knowledge of volunteering. Instead our top trainers each have at least two decades of volunteering experience each, and all three know our software inside and out, and they'll get you exactly what you need.
