The VSys Live Volunteer Request Tool is a special-purpose module that lets you delegate the creation of volunteer opportunities to staff throughout your organization, and even to outside community partners.

With the Volunteer Request Tool, authorized people can:

• Submit requests for volunteers for their department, agency, organization, etc.
• Edit and cancel open requests.
• Monitor volunteer assignments.
• Run reports about openings, assigned volunteers and hours.

Requests can be for one-time or recurring volunteers, plus options for interns and flex positions.

• Limit the people who are allowed to make requests.
• Set the job properties, requirements and other details.
• Approve requests before they go live.

Licensed Administrators approve, edit, or reject requests.

• Use VSys Security to limit who can approve openings.
• Define your own custom workflows.
• Once approved, job openings will be posted to VSys Live.

VSys Live Volunteer Request Tool is 100% web-based. Internal & external users can access it via:

• Any Windows or Mac computer.
• iPhone or other smartphone.
• Modern tablet such as iPad or Android tablet.

Approved partners can submit requests. Your partner's requests (jobs) can appear alongside - or separately - from your own.

• Partners can monitor -and receive emails - when volunteers sign-up.
• Partners can receive regular reports with hours etc.
• Volunteers can serve multiple organizations simultaneously.
• Give your volunteers a single place to connect with different organizations in their community while reducing the background check, screening and other management costs for everyone.

Approved corporate partners can also request or provide volunteers through VSys, supporting multi-party collaborations, event sponsorships and disaster relief efforts.
