Free Conversions

For new clients we do a FREE one-time conversion from Volunteer Works and Volgistics.

• Note: only for initial conversions into a new VSys One database.
• For our Canadian customers: to address data privacy issues, we can usually arrange a remote conversion where your data doesn't leave Canada.

If you are transferring data from any system that isn't listed above, or if you have multiple data sets, please provide us with a sample of your data in an Excel spreadsheet or flat file so we can give you an accurate price for conversion. The sample should not include any private or proprietary data. We only need 1-2 sample records.

We'll analyze your data, get your input on where the data should go, and even help with bulk updates afterwards. Our standard implementations generally include a two-pass data conversion and we train you on your newly imported data, which gives you a chance to make sure it converted correctly as well as to be trained using a sample of your own data.
