A user manual is great, tech support is even better. But sometimes you need or want to sit down with a professional trainer who can look at your situation, watch what you do now, and show you how you could do it better. We can send one (or more) of our trainers to your facility to give you what you need.

We never work from a pre-set syllabus that tells you what we want you to learn instead of what you need to learn. We don't have techies with great computer skills but no real-world knowledge of volunteering. Instead our top trainers each have at least two decades of volunteering experience each, and all three know our software inside and out, and they'll get you exactly what you need.

Webinars are wonderful (and free), but sometimes you need personalized training without having to pay to have someone come on-site. We'll do web-based training using Zoom, training that's just for you. We can define the agenda with you ahead of time and focus on your specific issues, concerns and questions.

We can deliver the web training in one or two hour increments, letting you easily work it into your schedules and coordinate with the right people on your team. Trainings are also recorded so that you can give them to new staff members or as a refresher.
