VSys Web Advanced allows volunteers to apply online through a web portal and view their job assignments or hours. You can also allow them to enter hours and submit them to you for approval, but they can't record hours directly.

You'll get notified when new applications come in, and once you accept the application the applicant information is put into your VSys One database for you. No more manual data entry of applicant information!
